The base of the KoxBar May Samba bar is a soft, velvety protein mass made from cashews and pistachios – delicate, creamy, like the first warm breath of May air, slightly sweet, natural, with a subtle, noble nut note that doesn't overpower, but rather guides the flavor in a calm, elegant rhythm, forming a backdrop for the colorful, full-flavored filling. The protein mass melts slowly, gently yielding under your teeth, leaving a creamy, soothing background on the tongue for what is about to come.

Because above it, the samba begins. A green streak of pistachio cream with added matcha cuts through the bar like a dynamic hip movement – deep, slightly earthy, dry, it introduces a note of focus, contrast, silence between the beats of the rhythm. And suddenly – an explosion. A fruity forest berry filling, juicy, intense, pulsating with color and life, where pitaya plays the first fiddle. It gives the whole an exotic character, fresh tartness, and that hypnotizing, pink-purple glow that shines from beneath the chocolate shell like a hidden secret.

Where does the name samba come from? Because the flavors of this KoxBar are like a dance of two opposites that intertwine in rhythmic harmony, pushing and pulling, swirling on the tongue, sour-sweet pitaya, serious matcha, Italian pistachio...

KoxBar Samba dances. It attracts and repels, contrasts and combines, swirls on the tongue in a rhythm that cannot be predicted. Sour-sweet pitaya flirts with dry matcha, pistachio builds a bridge between worlds, and chocolate gives it all a pulse, depth, and tempo.

Each bite is a meeting of two temperaments – serious, focused matcha and dancing, juicy pitaya. One calms, the other provokes. One stops, the other pushes further. And between them – pistachio, creamy, slightly salty, Italian in its elegance, tying everything together into one surprisingly harmonious whole.

The whole is enclosed in a thick layer of vegan, dairy-free chocolate, which cracks with a clear, satisfying snap, only to soften and melt a moment later, enveloping the interior with a warm, cocoa depth. Scattered on its surface are spring details – crunchy pistachio pieces, freeze-dried fruits, colorful, frosted accents that look like confetti after a night of flavor fiesta.

Artisan KoxBar protein bars - one of a kind. Created with love and passion for taste, aroma, and good ingredients. The formula of each bar is built from scratch in our manufactory; we carefully select ingredients and proportions to get as close as possible to the concept that inspired a given bar. For this reason, the bars differ in weight, size, and calorie content; we try to ensure that the protein content hovers around 20g per bar - in addition to being sweet treats, they are also meant to be functional from the perspective of physically active people. We avoid sugar, excess maltitol, and palm oil in the ingredients.

We create bars that we ourselves want to eat. Without compromise.

KoxBar bars are divided into those filled with mass, cream, mousse, or fruits, and those to which we add crunchy ingredients inside the mass (nuts and/or cookies). As for the coating, which is the most caloric ingredient of the bar, to meet your expectations, we prepare bars without coating, with half coating (only on top), and entirely covered in chocolate – we do not use ready-made chocolates or couverture (with the exception of Ruby chocolate); we use sugar-free protein chocolate prepared in our manufactory as a coating. For vegan bars, we even developed an innovative recipe for vegan sugar-free protein chocolate, of which we are immensely proud!

• WHY WE DO IT? KoxBars were born out of a love for taste, aroma, and ambitious macros – initially, they were a way to test new Funky Flavors; over time, they became a passion and the reason we discover new flavors.
• HOW WE DO IT? All KoxBars are handmade, in minimal batches of a dozen or so pieces per flavor. This is how it is and will be – we are not interested in mass production; we want to share passion, taste & the highest quality.

What's gone, is gone for good!

KoxBars appear at Guiltfree once every few weeks, for special occasions, are available for a few days, and then disappear forever – in the next batch, there will almost always be different flavors, because life is too short, and our list of flavor ideas is too long to repeat ourselves – although we have our favorites that we will never give up, we know that they will soon be your favorites too :)

• CHEAT CLEAN? The taste should be complex, the ingredients quite the opposite! We focus on simple, high-quality ingredients. We do not use any preservatives, which is why KoxBars have a short shelf life. If your grandmother knew what protein bars were, she'd be baking KoxBars for an afternoon snack :) We adhere to the 80/20 rule, which is why among perfectly clean ingredients, you'll find 'cheat' additives – cookies, chocolates, gummies, which put the finishing touch on the flavor.
