Recipe: Lakanto's Suntella Sugar Free Truffles
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Lakanto Suntella
1/2 cup Lakanto Sugar Free, Monkfruit Sweetened 55% Chocolate Bar, chopped
1/3 cup Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Hazelnuts, chopped (optional: toasted)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except hazelnuts, in saucepan. Melt over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Refrigerate up to 90 minutes until partially firm. Stir again. Refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours). Form into 1' balls. Press and roll balls into chopped hazelnuts to coat all sides. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
