SprayLeggero is an innovative frying spray that uses vacuum technology, making it possible to use a spray dispenser without the addition of expelling gases (known as propellants) - see the bottom of the page for more information. You can use SprayLeggero avocado oil for frying, grilling or baking, but also in salads or directly on the dish. The spray's precise dosage will allow you to measure out exactly the amount of this most valuable of oils that you want to use.
Spray for frying 100% without additives - a few words about technology
Thanks tothe "bag on valve" technology, using SprayLeggero sprays you can reduce fat consumption by up to 90% - in practice, a 200ml spray replaces the use of 3 liters of traditionally dosed liquid oil. The bottle's protective valve isolates the oil from both light and air, significantly extending the time the oil retains its unchanged formulation, freshness and its valuable properties.
One second generates a stream of 1.8ml of oil with an energy value of 15kcal, and this is enough to lubricate the entire surface of a medium-sized pan - a traditional oil requires about 1 tablespoon, or 10ml.
Thebag-on-valve technology used in SprayLeggero sprays allows the oils to retain all of their valuable ingredients - and only them. SprayLeggero is 100% pure oil without the addition of propellants, or expelling gases such as propane or butane, used in traditional frying sprays. Instead of propellants mixed into the oil, the oil is pushed out through the nozzle using a vacuum method, as a result of the pressure of the air filling the bottle, and the oil itself is suspended inside the bottle in a watertight bag that restricts air and light from reaching the oil, preserving its freshness, even after the package is opened.
Sprayleggero technology was developed in Italy in 2012 at the traditional family-run Mantova manufactory and has revolutionized the way Italians consume extra virgin oil by combining centuries-old Italian tradition with a modern mechanism that preserves the nutritional value of the oil, but reduces fat consumption - using Sprayleggero makes it possible to reduce fat consumption by up to 90% - this means that a 250ml spray bottle is equivalent in performance to 3 liters of traditionally dosed oil or olive oil.

In typical frying sprays, the bottle is filled not only with oil, but most often with a mixture of oil and water, in order to make the formula fairly light to push out of the can, the combination of fat and water requires an emulsifier, most often in the form of soy lecithin, for this it is necessary to use expelling gases that allow the mixture to come out of the can, and this in turn means the use of anti-foaming substances so that no gaseous foam forms on the surface of the pan - as you can see, one additive entails another.
SprayLeggero departs from the traditional method - there is only one ingredient: the oil of your choice. What pushes it out of the can is conjugated air, tightly surrounding a bag of oil suspended inside the can - the air pushing against the walls of the bag pushes the oil to the surface without combining with it, so that all that goes into the pan is 100% pure oil!
What is unique is not only the system of extracting oil from the aluminum bottle, but also the dispensing nozzle itself - in some dispensers the oil comes out hard, peeing and dripping. SprayLeggero sprays use so-called nebulizers, which are nozzles that generate a micronized mist that spreads the oil in an even layer over a larger area

Instructions: Shake before use. Spray for about 1 second onto a cold pan or other dish or food from a distance of approximately 10 cm. Can be sprayed raw and seasoned, or used in salads. IMPORTANT! Use in a horizontal position, so that the nozzle and stream are directed perpendicular to the surface being sprayed.
