Nellie Dellies Stevia Sweet Liquorice is a Danish, very intensely licorice, sweet chewy gummies with raw licorice extract, high in ammonium chloride - strong, definitely for adults and not for children.

This is one of the least calorific licorice on the market - the salty version has 165kcal in 100g and the sweet version 180kcal; interestingly - unlike most licorice without sugar - licorice Nellie Dellies does not contain maltitol or isomalt, or polyols. It is sweetened only with stevia and has a very high fiber content, over 60%!

The source of fiber in licorice Nellie Dellies is polydextrose, a type of water-soluble fiber dietary fiber that is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract. Polydextrose has fewer calories than regular sugar (1 kcal / gram compared to 4 kcal / gram in normally digested carbohydrates) and at the same time has a low glycemic index (GI = 4-7) and has no significant effect on raising glucose and insulin levels in the blood, which is why it is used in diabetic products.
