Quest Chocolate Sprinkled Doughnut – when reading the name doughnut in any protein infused product it usually raises our eyebrow, mimicing buttery undertone of a soft fresh baked pastry in a protein bar is simply really difficult and usually doesn't work out. Not this time my friend! This is true mix of a fresh doughnut flavor and chocolate bithday cake and this is a really fantastic combination of flavors! The fist bite provides intense chocolate flavor of the coating, it is overall milk chocolate with a slight hint of a semi sweet dark chocolate combined with the sweetness of colerfull sprinkles that coat the bar to elevate the flavoring of whats inside.
Many people compalint about protein bars sweetend with stevia - although this bar is flavored with stevia instead of sucralose, you would never know as there is no bitterness associated with that sweetener, most of the time stevia leves bitter aftertaste, but Quest found a way to make the flavor shine with that as its main sweetener choice.
Quest Chocolate Sprinkled Doughnut is softer than the usual Quest Bar texture with the added flakiness from the sprinkles laced throughout the bar included inside and outside.
