The composition of biscuits dedicated to diabetics, based on slow-release carbohydrates - biscuits contain a negligible amount of simple carbohydrates naturally present in the ingredients (sugars, less than 0.5g / 100g), carbohydrate residues are to a small extent polyols (maltitol) starches.
