These unique cookies with a strong, citrus aroma are sweetened with a natural sweetener - maltitol - which is not only a less caloric substitute for sugar, but also raises blood glucose levels more slowly. Florbu lemon cookies are based on a combination of wheat and barley flour, and the composition also includes natural plant fiber, which regulates metabolism and provides a feeling of satiety.

Enriched with vegetable fiber from inulin - chicory root, suitable for diabetics (WBT and WW are given in the 'Composition' tab).

The composition of the biscuits dedicated to diabetics, based on slow-release carbohydrates - the biscuits contain a small amount of simple carbohydrates naturally occurring in the ingredients (sugars, less than 0.5g/100g), the rest of the carbohydrates are to a small extent polyols (maltitol), and mostly slowly digestible starches.
