Crispy, crunchy, gluten-free cornflakes - traditional breakfast cereals in a sugar-free version, this light and crunchy snack in combination with yogurt or milk is ideally suited as a component of a tasty and nutritious breakfast.

Gluten-free sugar-free cornflakes are a versatile ingredient that can be used in many healthy meals and snacks - use our ideas on how you can use them:

  • Gluten-free muesli: Combine cornflakes with other gluten-free cereals (e.g. gluten-free oatmeal), nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. You can also add natural yogurt or plant milk. It's a great choice for breakfast or a snack.
  • Corn Flakes in Smoothies: Add gluten-free corn flakes to shakes and smoothies for a crunchy texture and extra fiber. Combine them with fruits, vegetables, protein (e.g. whey or vegetable protein) and liquid (e.g. plant milk or water) in a blender.
  • Fit granola: Use cornflakes to prepare homemade granola. Combine them with nuts, seeds, coconut oil and a natural sweetener (e.g. maple syrup or xylitol). Bake the mixture in the oven, then add the dried fruit once it has cooled. This fit granola is perfect as a healthy snack.
