There are strawberry flavors that taste like pink syrup. And there are those that really resemble the fruit. Inlead Flavor Powder Strawberry definitely belongs to the latter group.
When you open the package, you can smell fresh, slightly sour strawberries – not candy or hard candy. The composition includes 7.5% strawberry pieces, which makes a difference in the taste. In addition, there is an acidity regulator (citric acid), which introduces a natural, fruity freshness. This delicate sourness is distinct and very necessary – thanks to it, the taste is neither flat nor overly sweet.
I really like the balance: the sweetness (from stevia and sucralose) is present but not dominant. First you taste the fruit, then a slight sweetness, and finally a pleasant, fresh note remains. The profile is closer to a ripe, juicy strawberry than strawberry jelly.
Technically, it is also a very interesting product:

In 5 g, you have about 3.5 g of fiber and only about 11 kcal. As a flavor additive, it is a truly functional ingredient, not just a flavoring.
