If the recipe for a protein dessert mentions casein, it cannot be replaced with another protein, e.g. a regular protein supplement in the form of a traditional isolate or milk protein concentrate - casein has natural thickening properties, creates a thick, creamy shake, almost resembling custard or yogurt, only vegan protein supplements show a similar feature, but most often they are not as tasty as dairy supplements.
Kaasein protein is characterized by a dense, pudding consistency and excellent taste, so it can be eaten as a shake, dessert or dish, e.g. dinner (micellar casein is very often used as a meal before bedtime). One serving provides as much as 23 grams of wholesome protein in one serving.

Instructions:
Pour one serving – 30 g (1 scoop) – into a container with 150 ml of milk or water and, using a mixer or blender, blend for about 2 minutes until a smooth, pudding-like consistency is achieved. Serve with fruit or dried fruit as a dessert. Use according to individual needs, no more than three times a day, immediately after preparation.
