N!CK'S Dulce de Leche Protein Bar starts with a soft, vanilla protein base. It is slightly chewy, pleasantly springy, not dry or hard. It is this base that gives the feeling of a "full" dessert, rather than a dense, rubbery protein block.
On top of it liesan evenlayer of caramel-flavored coating with small pieces of toffee. These microscopic particles do the job – they give a subtle break in the structure, a light crunch in the middle of the creamy composition. The whole thing is enclosed in a coating combining caramel and white chocolate – velvety, milky, and perfectly sweet. It's a flavor reminiscent of classic dulce de leche, but without the stickiness and excessive sugar heaviness.
