Sante is a leader when it comes to breakfast granola, and it is worth checking how protein granola looks compared to ordinary granola with chocolate (Sante Chocolate Granola) and fit granola (Sante Fit Granola Orzechy & Kakao)

  • when it comes to calorific value, the most calories are ordinary Sante chocolate granola, as much as 454 kcal in 100g, fit and protein granola have a similar calorific value, i.e. about 8% less kcal
  • all Sante granolas are similar in fat content
  • big differences are visible when it comes to the protein content - Sante protein granola contains more than 2 times more than regular granola and granola fit
  • equally big differences concern the content of carbohydrates - Sante protein granola contains almost half less carbohydrates than regular and fit granola, no wonder, because in protein granola some carbohydrates replace protein
