Inside, you'll find 95% dates. Fleshy, caramel-like, naturally sweet. Their deep, slightly honeyed base is offset by an intense, fresh note of green apple. The sour notes of malic acid and natural aromas make the first contact with the tongue a pleasant, fruity "wow" that quickly turns into a soft, date-like sweetness. The contrast is addictive.
