Pasta Factory Polmak, in cooperation with scientists from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, created pasta with a formula dedicated to people with, among others, insulin resistance, developed . The innovative formulation with the addition of lupin flour made it possible to reduce the amount of carbohydrates in a serving of pasta by 12g, and increase the protein content by 32%, and the fiber content by as much as 112%!

Instructions: Measure out a serving of dry pasta (50g-60g/person). Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the pasta to the boiling water (100g of dry pasta per 1L of water). Cook for 7 minutes after the water returns to a boil. Drain and serve immediately. Note: Cooking time affects the pasta's glycemic index and load. The declared GI38 refers to pasta cooked for exactly 7 minutes. Pasta cooked longer will have a higher glycemic index, while shorter cooking times will result in a lower GI.
