More Nutrition Protein Sweet Morezipan - creamy, almondy and sensuously marzipan-like
Morezipan is a name that gives away what we're dealing with right from the start: it's a charming play on words, combining marzipan (marzipan) with the More Nutrition brand. The result? A flavor that, on the one hand, refers to classic marzipan, but on the other has a bit of "more" in it - depth, creaminess and modern lightness. It's a marzipan version of more: more intense, more dessert-like, more refined.
Explanation of the word play "Morezipan"
The name Morezipan is a creative combination of two words:
- More - the brand name, also associated with "more," suggests something richer, more intense,
- Marzipan - the German word formarzipan.
When combined, the result is "Morezipan" - that is, a marzipan version of More, a marzipan with "more flavor," "more pleasure," a marzipan turned up, improved, modern. The play on words is subtle, but very apt: the name sounds instantly familiar, yet intriguing and brand-consistent.
Upon opening the package, a scent rises that is instantly recognizable - a sweet, clean, almond hit characteristic of high-quality marzipan. The notes are creamy, soft, slightly vanilla-like, yet elegantly roasted. The aroma is intense, deep, sensual, reminiscent of luxury almond pralines or the filling of real marzipan from a pastry shop.
Once the powder is mixed with the liquid, the same thing happens as in the entire Milkshake Style line: the casein makes the consistency thick, silky creamy, almost pudding-like. For a marzipan profile, this texture works perfectly - each sip is soft, sweet and almond-like, even dessert-like.
Morezipan 's flavor unfolds like an elegant praline:
- first comes the pure, authentic taste of ground almonds,
- then a subtle sweetness reminiscent of marzipan paste joins in,
- on the finish, there is a noticeable creaminess and delicate vanilla that smooths and rounds out the profile.
This is not an "almond flavor." - it's a full-bodied marzipan dessert in the form of a thick shake, but without the sugar and heaviness of classic marzipan.
Why will you love Morezipan?
Authentic marzipan flavor
Distinct almond notes, the sweetness of marzipan and a delicate creaminess make the drink taste like a holiday dessert or a luxurious praline filling.
Casein density
Casein gives the shake a silky, oozing texture, ideal for marzipan profiles. It's dense, creamy, soft - as if you were eating marzipan custard with a spoon.
Digestive comfort
The addition of lactase makes the nutrient better tolerated by those sensitive to lactose, despite its milky and creamy nature.
Combination of slow and fast protein
Whey acts instantly, casein lasts a long time - so Morezipan will work well after a workout, as an "overnight" shake, or as a filling dessert snack.
Versatility
This flavor begs to be experimented with:
- mix with yogurt for a marzipan dessert,
- add to oatmeal to create a version of "marzipan porridge."
- use in fit desserts, creams and baked goods - the effect will be delightfully intense.
More Nutrition Total Protein is a series of unique protein nutrients with phenomenally refined flavors, perfect not only for traditional protein shakes, but also for cooking, baking and protein desserts. Total Protein contains optimal proportions of whey protein WPC and casein, so as to maximize protein biosynthesis, the nutrient formula was developed based on materials authored by Lyle McDonald, guru of fitness and bodybuilding nutrition, author of The Ultimate Diet 2.0 and the nutrition bible The Ketogenic Diet, among others .
If a protein dessert recipe calls for casein, you can't substitute it with another protein, such as a regular protein supplement in the form of a traditional milk protein isolate or concentrate - casein has natural thickening properties, forming a thick, creamy shake, almost resembling pudding or yogurt; only vegan protein supplements exhibit a similar characteristic, but most often they are not as tasty as dairy-based supplements. If you like one-pot protein desserts and kitchen fit experiments, casein is even an essential ingredient - it's worth using a protein with a sweet but neutral flavor, such as vanilla or cream, because it's versatile and has many uses, and it's easy to change its taste with flavors or additives such as cocoa or fruit.
More Nutrition Total Protein - highlights at a glance:
- optimal combination of casein and whey simultaneously supporting muscle mass building and preventing post-workout muscle breakdown
- Phenomenal flavors - tastes good to everyone
- extremely refined quality formula based on Lyle McDonald's theories
- utilizes the natural thickening properties of casein
- An excellent all-around protein suitable for desserts, cheesecakes, shakes and baking
- with the addition of lactase to facilitate lactose digestion
Another advantage is its high protein content (as much as 75 g per 100 g of product), making it an ideal choice for figure-conscious people looking for support in building muscle mass. The low-calorie formula allows you to enjoy the excellent taste without remorse, and the subtle sweetness, achieved through the use of natural sweeteners such as sucralose and steviol glycosides, makes the nutrient perfectly compatible with a healthy lifestyle.
Possible uses in fit cuisine:
- Thick protein shakes - ideal after a workout.
- Addition to oatmeal - gives velvety texture and raspberry flavor.
- Protein omelets - increase protein content and make them fluffy.
- Cold desserts - as a base for fit ice cream or mousse.
- Addition to pancakes - enrich their nutritional value.
A combination of health and taste that will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets!
More Nutrition Total Protein - the optimal combination of proteins.
The MORE NUTRITION team has developed a nutrient that simultaneously satisfies your protein needs by supplying your muscles, while tasting great. The composition of the formula is complemented by the digestive enzyme lactase, responsible for digesting the milk sugar found naturally in milk, to support lactose intolerant people.
The optimal combination of whey (whey protein) and casein provides the best milk proteins. The casein powder content provides a creamy texture, as casein exhibits fiber-like fluid-binding properties due to its protein structure. Thanks to the mixture of whey and casein contained in TOTAL PROTEIN supplements, elevated leucine levels can be maintained for hours, leading to inhibition of training-induced muscle breakdown and optimally stimulated muscle protein synthesis.
More Nutrition Total Protein - a protein that doesn't taste like protein
The protein supplement has an intense, sweet-dessert taste and does not leave the so-called protein aftertaste characteristic of conventional protein shakes, which is noticeable by more sensitive people. When it comes to taste, More Nutrition doesn't recognize any compromises, it's thanks to such a radical approach to taste that the brand has established itself as a total leader in the demanding German supplement market - after the formulation was developed for the ideal interaction of whey protein and casein, the flavors and their refinement were worked on for a long time, the individual flavors are based on tests and studies lasting about a year to achieve the perfect taste.
More Nutrition Total Protein - protein ideal for desserts
Many people equate protein nutrition with the material for preparing a protein shake - which is great as a quick post-workout meal, but protein can become a delicious dessert or an ingredient of a complete meal, which is important especially for those who have problems 'hitting' the designated daily level of protein in the diet, a problem encountered especially by beginner fitness fans or people starting for the first time a properly proportioned macronutrient reduction/weight loss diet.
Thanks to TOTAL PROTEIN's unique combination of whey and casein, you can make much more than just shakes, as this protein is also ideal for cooking or baking. It is perfect as an ingredient in cheesecakes, for baking shortcakes, an addition to oatmeal, manna or yogurt, all adding density, volume and creaminess to these dishes.
Casein protein is characterized by its thick, pudding-like consistency and excellent taste, thanks to which it can be consumed as a shake, dessert or a self-contained dish such as dinner (micellar casein is very often used as a meal before bedtime). One serving provides as much as 24 grams of complete protein per serving .
Casein or whey - which protein is better?
With TOTAL PROTEIN, you don't have to choose between whey and casein! In his book "The Protein Book", Lyle McDonald refers to various studies that demonstrate the advantage of a mixture of whey protein and casein over consuming whey alone. Studies show that whey causes a sharp increase in leucine levels within the first hour of ingestion, but these levels return to baseline after 4h. Casein, on the other hand, is digested much more slowly and therefore also shows a smaller increase in leucine levels, but in return leucine levels remain relatively constant for another 7h until returning to baseline. Leucine is considered the initiator of muscle protein synthesis. In the study, whey was shown to stimulate muscle protein synthesis, but had no effect on muscle breakdown, while casein, on the contrary, inhibited muscle breakdown, but shows no significant effect on muscle protein synthesis - based on the results of this study, Lyle hypothesized that whey and casein supplemented together are better for building and maintaining dry muscle mass than isolated intake of these proteins.
