The revolutionary “bag-in-valve” system allows the oil to be atomized without the use of chemicals, additives, or emulsifying agents. The pressurized can encloses a bag containing the oil. When the spray nozzle is pressed, the compressed air squeezes the bag inwards forcing the oil out in a gentle, even mist, all while protecting the oil inside from contact with air. Thanks to the " bag on valve " technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle reduces consumption by around 90% (a 250 ml bottle is equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil) and protects the contents from air and light for a long time. This keeps all the valuable properties of the sauce unchanged and always keeps it fresh as freshly squeezed. Each second of spray delivers 1.8 ml / 1.7 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season each dish.
