Storage: FIt Butters do not need to be refrigerated, they can be stored at room temperature, although refrigeration may extend the shelf life. Avoid placing the product in direct sunlight to extend the shelf life. Best kept in a dark pantry or room. If you choose to store FIt Butter in the refrigerator, remember that it may harden but will soften again at room temperature.
