Of course, before this happened, there were demonstrations, protests and demands made by women. But... Phew! Finally succeeded! Poland granted this privilege to women in 1918. And although it is hard to believe, almost 100 years have passed for Saudi Arabia to make the same gesture towards its citizens. Although, as the above quote showed, some of them probably did not rush to the polls at all, because it could be a dangerous adventure.

The actress and socio-political activist stole the hearts of the people, acting for their good in various fields. One of its goals was the right to vote, which local women received in 1947, much earlier than, for example, Swiss or Liechtenstein women.
