Mountain Joe's Protein Millionaire Bar White Chocolate Caramel is a combination of caramel and white chocolate in the form of a delicious, very crispy slices. The name of the bar refers to the Billionaire's Shortbread, popular in Anglo-Saxon countries - we were wondering how to best translate this name into Polish so as to fully reflect the character of this unashamedly high-calorie dessert, and we decided that the most accurate term was a sliced or a twister; cut pieces, because the dough is cut into small pieces from a large table top, and the crumb, due to its consistency, is very hard and brittle from the solidified caramel joining the individual layers of the dough.
Classic Billionaire's Shortbread is a home-made cake in which a layer of caramel is spread on a crispy, buttery biscuit bottom (in Australia it is most often salted caramel), and the top is covered with a dark chocolate coating. Filled with fabulous flavors, this cake is traditionally cut into equal rectangular or square pieces, and it is this flavor that is reflected in the phenomenal Mountain Joe's Protein Millionaire Bar.
The layers of this flaky miracle are a true masterpiece of bar architecture: we start with a hard, flaky cocoa mass made of dough intertwined vanilla balls, a creamy caramel layer is placed on them, then a white chocolate topping, and on it we managed to fit some more chocolate - dark this time! The combination of more and less sweet flavors, different types of chocolate, crispy and creamy layers makes the taste buds sweetly dizzy!
