The almost calorie-free shirataki pasta consisting of fiber and water is the perfect base for an intensive reduction diet; it fills the stomach, giving it a feeling of fullness, but it doesn't provide calories. Shirataki pasta does not have its own taste or smell, but it perfectly absorbs the aromas and flavors of additives - sauces, spices.

The packaging contains two suggested portions - the dish is vegan, to increase its nutritional value we suggest adding protein in the form of e.g. chicken breast (the fastest and easiest way to use one in canned food), or a piece of white fish.

Store in a dry, cool and dark place. After opening, store in a refrigerator in a tightly closed container and eat within 2 days.
