HOW TO USE: Pour one portion - 30 g (1 slightly overfilled measuring cup) into a container with 150 ml of milk or water and, using a mixer or blender, mix for about 2 minutes until a uniform pudding consistency is obtained. It can be served with fruit or dried fruits as a dessert. Use depending on individual needs, no more than three times a day, immediately after preparation.
