Caesar type salad dressing; Caesar's dressing is one of the classics of overseas cuisine, contrary to popular belief, having nothing to do with the ruler of the Roman Empire; created by an Italian chef running a restaurant in Mexico in the USA: Caesar Carini - indispensable ingredients of Caesar's salad are romaine lettuce, croutons and Parmesan cheese, and its most important part - sauce - based on good olive oil, eggs, mayonnaise or whipped sour cream, necessarily with expressive anchovis, a bit of mustard and lemon juice.

Callowfit Caesar Style Dressing is a light vegan variation on the classic sauce - the taste of garlic dominates, softened with notes of cream, the whole is complemented by a perfectly selected mixture of spices and herbs - the same popular taste, but devoid of the caloric bomb fat, which is undoubtedly the classic Caesar sauce.
Light dressing perfectly enriches the taste of fresh vegetable salads, unlike regular salad dressings, without adding unnecessary calories from fatty mayonnaise and cream. Its flavor goes very well with white meat - such as grilled chicken breast - or as an addition to lean fish, it also goes very well with Parma ham.
