Magnesium may contribute to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function and normal protein synthesis. Vitamins B3, B6 and Magnesium may contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism and to reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Water contributes to the maintenance of normal physical and cognitive functions and normal regulations of the body’s temperature.
