The new formula of Xucker Light Ketchup mit Erythrit has a higher content of tomatoes and the same calorific value as the previous version of ketchup, but unlike it, it does not contain starch thickener.

Depending on the brand, the sugar content in ketchup can reach as much as 30% of its weight - for example, Ketchup Mild Pudding contains as much as 30.5g of sugar (it's 6 teaspoons!), Pudding Ketchup for Pizza is 24.5g of sugar and Heinz Ketchup Mild 22,8g sugar. The low-calorie ketchup Xucker is sweetened with natural zero calorie sweetener, erythritol, and does not raise blood sugar levels. The only sugar contained in it is from ripe tomatoes. Sugar-free Ketchup Xucker does not contain any genetically modified ingredients, artificial flavors or preservatives.
