Preparation:
STANDARD RECIPE: Mix the contents of the sachet with 2 cups of boiling water (470ml) and stir for about 2 minutes until the powder is completely dissolved. Add 2 cups (470 ml) of cold water, stir and set aside in the refrigerator to cool for about 4 hours
FASTER RECIPE: use ice cubes (450g) instead of cold water, stir until the ice pieces are completely dissolved and leave to cool for about 1.5 hours in the refrigerator. Do not use this method if you are using silicone molds to give the finished dessert a specific shape.
TIP: The jelly will not stick together if you add fresh or frozen fruit such as pineapple, mango, guava, figs, papaya, ginger or kiwi. To add these fruits, boil them for 3 minutes in boiling water to deactivate the enzymes blocking the setting process, or use canned fruits.
