PAM High Yield Canola is specially designed for professional frying in dietary catering and restaurants offering healthy food. Higher pressure than other PAM sprayers means more economical spreading of fat in the pan.


Spray PAM High yeild Canola is based on rapeseed oil low in saturated fatty acids, so it fits even better with those who prefer a healthy diet.

Fats such as olive oil and oil are delicious but the most calorie ingredient because they contain more than 2 times more calories than protein and carbohydrates. With PAM® sprays, you can prepare your favorite food without worrying about your shape.
PAM is a non-calorie spray preparation. Application: for frying meat, fish, eggs, grilling, baking and snacks.

Guidance on the use of PAM sprays:

  1. Shake the can before every use
  2. The stream must be sprayed in the same line as the red dot at the top of the can.
  3. Spray the dispenser at a distance of 24cm - 30cm from the frying surface
  4. Use a small amount of spray to spray evenly across the entire surface, no need to spray excess spray.
  5. Use a spray on a cold pan, not on the heat
  6. The packaging is pressurized - keep it away from heat sources (the maximum allowable ambient temperature is 48 ° C)
  7. Do not store the spray in the refrigerator - too low storage temperature will make the spray thicken and may clog the dispenser.
  8. Never use the spray inside the oven or open fire
  9. Do not pierce the package even when it is empty
