The composition of the aroma has been enriched with the enzyme responsible for digesting lactose contained in milk, lactase, thanks to which they can be successfully used as a flavor for milk protein supplements by people with lactose intolerance, because the lactase contained in the ESN aroma has the properties of neutralizing the effects of lactose on the digestive system of hypersensitive people on it.
Flavn N Tasty are powdered flavors ideal for enriching the taste of protein meals based on unflavoured protein supplement, pancakes, yoghurts, porridge and cottage cheese. The powdered flavors of the Flavor System are low in carbohydrates, are almost fat-free and contain an average of only 8kcal - 10kcal per serving.
