Graham Cracker Aroma - popular in the United States cakes, which despite the similarity of names do not have much in common with salty crackers known in Poland. American Graham cracker is sweet and salty (predominantly sweet, often honey) biscuits made from graham whole grains. Graham crackers are next to chocolate and marshmallow foams, the main ingredient of the campsite, roasted over fire (s"mores) and in Anglo-Saxon recipes often form the basis for the fragile bottom of dough - in Poland they are successfully replaced by oatmeal recipes or Digestive biscuits.

Dosage: use 2-3 drops per 100ml of the finished product, more or less depending on individual preferences. In order to maintain the intensity of the aroma in the case of heat-treated dishes, the aroma should be added at the last stage of preparation, avoiding too long heating up. Attention! Highly concentrated product, it is not suitable for direct consumption without prior dilution. Concentrated product, do not eat without dilution!
