Santini Vanilla Xylitol Bourbon 16g is a low-calorie healthy substitute for vanilla sugar for cakes, based on Finnish birch xylitol with the addition of ground Bourbon vanilla pods.
Known as "birch sugar", xylitol obtained from Finnish birch is a substance of natural origin used as a substitute for white sugar. Vanilla xylitol is a great substitute for vanilla sugar - or actually vanillaNew sugar, because the sugars in sachets available in supermarkets most often contain a synthetic vanilla flavor, not real vanilla - unlike the sweet Santini Vanilla Bourbon Xylitol, which contains as much as 8% of the aromatic original bourbon vanilla.
