Zotter Mitzi Blue Roller Coaster is light dark chocolate 75% cocoa with a cocoa butter cocoa disk and raisins inside, decorated with coconut and of course without added sugar. The delightful chocolate, two-color disc was created from a combination of dark chocolate and white rice couverture. In the middle, a small coconut disk with an exotic flavor beckons us seductively.
