Callebaut Malchoc-M 34.1% is a couverture, i.e. chocolate characterized by a high content of cocoa butter (over 32%), which gives chocolate products a unique gloss, long-lasting taste and characteristic crispness (pralines, chocolate bars, figurines). Chocolate with the status of couverture is perfect for enrobing and decorating various types of pastries and desserts.
