Coconut paste is made by grinding coconut flesh. At higher temperatures, it takes the form of a thick cream. Coconut mousse, which is also often called coconut butter, is a tasty source of fiber, potassium, magnesium and iron. Thanks to vitamin D, it is an ally in the fight against depression, and the vitamin K contained in it helps in learning, supporting neurological processes. Unlike coconut oil, it is more compact, making it a great addition to omelettes, cakes or bars. It also works well as an addition to smoothies, or as a healthy substitute for cream, as the crowning of a fruit dessert
