Preparation of 4 servings:
Pour 180ml of very cold skim milk into a bowl.
Add the content of one sachet (package contains 2 sachets)
Mix at low speed with an electric mixer until the ingredients are mixed.
Slowly increase the speed of rotation until the maximum speed is reached, blend at high speed for 5 minutes.
Pour the finished mousse into 4 salad bowls, cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
