Dosage and preparation: Dissolve the content of 1 sachet in 200-300 ml of still water or milk. Depending on individual needs, consume one to three servings a day
Training day: dose (30g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, 30 minutes before training and immediately after training
Non-training day: dose (30 g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, then a few hours apart, preferably between meals.
