Ruby chocolate, also known as pink chocolate, is an intensely colored chocolate in the shade of dusty ruby pink, which is due not to dyes, but to the production process used only since 2017, which gives cocoa beans a characteristic pink color and a slightly acidic flavor to the chocolate made of them. Contrary to what you might think, when you see chocolate with such an intense color, no artificial colors or flavors are added to it. The owner of the only patent on a global scale for the production of ruby chocolate is the Belgian-Swiss chocolatier brand Barry Callebaut, which has been working on patenting the recipe for over 10 years using the raw material of cocoa beans grown in Ecuador, Brazil and on the Ivory Coast to produce the unusual pink chocolate. The taste of pink chocolate is nothing like dark or milk chocolate, it is neither bitter nor milky, rather berry, slightly sour - that's why it is called the fourth type of chocolate!

Preparation of 1 serving: 50 g (= two heaped spoons) of the product with 200 ml of water or skim milk. On training days, consume 1 serving (25g) in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
