First, Rock's bars were vegan, then climate-neutral, now even organic - you rarely snack with such a clear conscience! Just to be sure, let's check the list of ingredients again... yes, all ingredients come from controlled organic farming. With a clear conscience, we can now find sunflower rice crisps for light crunch, roasted almonds and pieces of dried raspberries under a delicate coating of vegan white chocolate. Under the milk-non-dairy glaze, there are slightly crunchy sunflower seeds and a soft protein mass, which sometimes has a slightly crunchy texture due to the chopped almond pieces.
When you unwrap the bar, the raspberry note is quite subtle at first - but it changes suddenly as soon as you split/bite into the bar. Then the intense fruity scent of raspberries approaches you. The consistency of the protein mass is super soft when chewed, and when eaten it turns into a creamy mass with a slightly sandy finish. Crispy crisps and crunchy almonds mean there's some crunchy chewy variety in between. The herbal note sticks out a bit. Superficially, however, it tastes like raspberries. The structure is completely different than previously known. It is an organic protein bar without sweeteners. Here it is sweetened with cane sugar, rice syrup, date syrup and agave syrup.
The protein mass is soft, crumbly and pasty. The mass contains coarsely chopped almonds, which provide the typical effect of crunchy nuts, which is enhanced by soy crunches that give a delicate crunch. The bar then surprises with a natural fruity note of raspberries compared to many other fruit protein bars. All in all, the bar is very sweet, fruity, creamy, vanilla and we also have a delicious almond note thanks to large, individual pieces of almonds
