ProtoBisco Stage2 are shortbread cookies designed for a stabilizing stage od reduction diet, with reduced carbohydrate content, reduced caloric content, high fiber content and a large dose of protein.

ProtoBisco are high in protein and extremely low in carbohydrates, thanks to which:

  • prevents the spikes in blood insulin levels that occur when eating traditional cookies and are responsible for hunger pangs.
  • it is low in calories (12% kcal / 100g less than traditional shortbread cookies),
