Sugar-free Funky Flavors Jellies are a combination of long months of work and a passion for flavors and aromas. To create them we used unique dry-sprayed flavorings - because this method captures the intense, natural aroma of ripe fruit; the aromas obtained in this way are then micro-encapsulated - thanks to this method flavors are stable and long lasting and their full bouquet is released only after contact with water - thanks to this you can be sure that the jelly kept in the cabinet will retain the intensity of flavor and smell for a long time, giving you the same taste dessert!

To achieve even better taste, the jelly composition has been supplemented with freeze-dried fruit - it is 100% natural fruit dried by freezing and enclosed in the form of an aromatic powder, whose addition to dessert reflects the taste of fresh, ripe fruit even better.

When developing the jelly formula, we took into account many factors, we wanted it to reflect the taste of fresh fruit as faithfully as possible - that is why depending on the taste of the jelly they differ in intensity of sweetness and acidity, on the packaging you will find additional information on the intensity of aroma, sweetness and acidity.

Preparation method & tips:

One portion (7g = 1 flat scoop) should be poured into a container with 200ml hot water and mixed until completely dissolved. After cooling, put the dish in the fridge so that the jelly concentrates.

On hot days, to accelerate the setting of the dessert, you can pour 100ml boiling powder and after dissolving, add the amount of liquid by adding 100ml cold water.

Fruits such as pineapple, kiwi, papaya contain enzymes that block the jelly's solidification process
