Funky Flavors sugar-free pudding powders are a combination of our passion for flavors and aromas as well as our love for homemade desserts, protein marshmallows, puddings and pancakes. To create the pudding mixes, we used the unique flavors of spray-dried jellies, already known to Guiltfree customers - because this method allows us to capture the intense, natural aroma of ripe fruit; the aromas obtained in this way are then microencapsulated - thanks to this, the aromas are durable, and their full bouquet is released only after contact with the liquid - thanks to this you can be sure that the pudding kept in the cupboard will retain the intensity of taste and smell for a long time, giving you the same deliciousness every time dessert!
To achieve an even better taste, the composition of some puddings has been supplemented with cookies, coconut flakes, Himalayan salt or freeze-dried fruit - 100% natural fruit dried by freezing and closed in the form of an aromatic powder, the addition of which to the dessert even better reflects the taste of fresh, ripe fruit.
Unlike most sugar-free puddings, Funky Flavors puddings contain a sweet source in the form of sucralose - so they are sweet and you don't need to sweeten them anymore. In addition to selecting the best aromatic notes and the appropriate level of sweetness, we made sure that puddings could be used in many different ways!

Preparation & tips:
Pour one portion (20g = 2 heaped scoops) into a non-aluminum pot with 250ml of cold milk and mix until the powder is completely dissolved. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk to prevent lumps.
For a denser, creamy consistency, you can reduce the amount of milk to 200 ml.
If you use water instead of milk, you will get kissel.
