Dosage and preparation:
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 300ml still water or milk. Depending on individual needs, consume one to three servings daily
Training day: a portion (36g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, 30 minutes before training and immediately after training
Non-training day: a portion (36g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, the next one a few hours apart, preferably during breaks between meals.
