Speculoos cream created on the basis of traditional cookies has a short history, because it exists only from 2007 - a decade, however, was enough to conquer the taste buds of lovers of classic Lotus caramel biscuits. Els Scheppers, participating in the Belgian edition of the Inventor program, came up with the idea of preparing butter. the manufacturer took her idea and in effect created a biscuit cream, which we can enjoy today.
