Instructions for making sugar-free pudding:
Prepare 500ml of milk and 40g of erythritol or 10 lozenges of sweetener, mix the contents of the package in 150ml of milk poured out of the whole milk. Boil the remaining milk with erythritol or any other sweetener of your choice, at the end of cooking, pour the pudding solution into the water and mix until a uniformly thick consistency. Serve cold or warm, you can decorate with fruit, for example.
