If you can't imagine your breakfast without scrambled egg whites or a protein omelette, liquid egg whites are the perfect solution for you. You can dose them precisely from the bottle by measuring by weight or volume.

Albumin is classified as an animal protein and is valued for its exemplary biological value of BV of 100, which is mainly due to the complete amino acid profile, including all essential amino acids and the large amount of glutamine found naturally in chicken protein. Egg albumin is digested much faster than casein, but has a slower absorption time than whey protein supplements, making it the perfect complement to these two types of protein supplements.
