Preparation:
1. Remove the lid, pour 70ml of cold water into a cup with a mixture, stir thoroughly
2. Heat in a microwave oven on the highest power for 80 seconds for 1500W (respectively 90sec for 900W and 100sec for 700W)
3. Set aside for a minute
4. Put it upside down on a plate
5. Optionally, pour your favorite sauce, yoghurt or melted chocolate and / or additives (fruit, sprinkles, crushed biscuits or a protein bar)
