Preparation: Pour 2 scoops of powder (50g) into a bowl, add 100-150ml of water or milk and beat with a fork. Heat the pan and for a better taste add a small amount of oil or fat. Then pour the dough into portions of the pan and spread evenly over the entire surface. Fry on both sides for about 2 minutes or until golden.
