Sugar-free pudding instructions:
Prepare 500ml of milk and 40g of erythritol or 10 sweetener pellets, mix the contents of the package in 150ml of the whole milk. Boil the remaining milk with erythritol or other selected sweetener, at the end of cooking, pour the pudding solution into the water and mix until a uniformly thick consistency is obtained. Serve cold or warm, you can decorate with, for example, fruit.
