Fancy pancakes for breakfast? Or just in between? With the Xucker Pancake Mix you can make the fluffy pancakes yourself very quickly and easily: Just add an egg and milk, stir, bake, done! The special thing about it? Our pancake mix contains no wheat flour and no added sugar - instead spelled flour and the fine sweetness from the combination of xylitol and erythritol. The pancake mixture is also vegan and can also be prepared without egg and milk. The finished pancakes taste particularly delicious simply with powder xucker, our sugar-free chocolate sauce or our pistachio coconut cream. One package makes about 6-8 small pancakes.

Preparation:
Prepare additionally: 1 medium egg, 80ml whole milk
How to use: put the mixture on the pancakes and egg into a bowl and add milk or its vegan equivalent. Mix everything with a hand mixer or a whisk to get a smooth mass. Fry the pancakes in batches on both sides in a dipped, warmed and greased pan until golden brown.
6-8 pancakes come out of the given proportions. The dough can also be used to bake waffles.
