Marzankowa (fresh, herbal-citrus flavor) sugar-free jelly Dr Oetker is an easy and quick dessert - you can combine it with ice cream, fresh fruit, syrup. Ready jelly can be added as a supplement to a light sponge cake. One of the easy-to-prepare pastries is a cold cheesecake made with cottage cheese and jelly - if you use Dr Oetker's non-sugar jelly, the dough will be rich in protein, low calorie and low carbohydrate.
One serving of jelly has only 8kcal and 0g of carbohydrates - 10 times less calories and more than 30 times less carbohydrates than traditional sweetened sugar jelly. If you like sweet desserts or want to give jelly without additives as a stand-alone dessert, add to your favorite sweetener - preferably stevia or sucralose.

Ingredients: gelatine, acidity regulator fumaric acid, dyes (safflower concentrate), aroma, dye E131.

Storage: Store in a dry place in a tightly closed container, protected from light.
A method of preparing:
- Put the contents of 1 sachet into a large pot; If you want you can add sweetener - choose one that does not change the taste at high temperature, such as tagatose, eryl, xylitol, stevia or sucralose.
- Pour cold water and stir until the powder dissolves completely
- Heat it all the while stirring - do not allow to boil
- Leave to cool, then cool down to the fridge so that the jelly completely cools for about 5h
- Serve in salad bowls, jelly itself, or with the addition of fruit or your favorite syrups
- If you want to add fruit before jelly, avoid pineapple, kiwifruit and papaya - the enzymes contained in them make it hard to fix
