Storage: store in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of small children.
Instructions: Add 6 teaspoons of pudding to 0.5l of milk 1.5% fat, mix thoroughly. Boil the remaining milk in a pot, add 40 g of erythritol *. To the hot but not boiling milk, add the mixed cold milk with the pudding powder, while stirring constantly, heat it to the desired consistency (about 1 minute). Pour the pudding into 4 salad bowls.
* The pudding can be prepared with sugar or any other heat-resistant sweetener, e.g. with xylitol. Such a change will translate into a change in the nutritional values indicated on the label, including the use of erythritol.
