Recommended daily dose necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 50g of powder (2 servings)
Preparation of 1 serving: 50g (= two heaped spoons) of the product with 200ml of water or skim milk. On training days, consume 1 serving (25g) in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
